SPRING HAS SPRUNG INTO LOVELY NEW TEAS!

Hello Folks!

Well, I say spring has sprung but what I really mean is the first snowdrops are out and for me that's always a welcome sight. Our big sister, Acarsaid Hotel as a spattering of the little white buds everywhere and my Mum's frong garden is awash with them. I LOVE it!

It is a time for planning and we've busy little beavers all winter pulling together a lovely spring menu and some brand new teas! Tea Creator - Hettie's Tea Guru as a special request for AppleTree Nursery in Perth. Hettie's supply packed lunches for all the staff and kids and Jo and Laura asked us to create a tea they could serve hot or cold to their little angels! Its a huge hit!

While I'm in the tea zone... I visited son and heir at his halls yesterday morning and was offered a cup of Hettie's Tea - which of course had been raided on his last visit home! I was so impressed that his flat mates were all enjoying it and was sitting quite proud until I saw him with a SIEVE and a saucepan decanting into a cup! Tomorrow's geniuses people!
